  Yes, the Bugaboo changing backpack works in both configurations. It can also be used with either the bassinet or the seat. When reclining the seat, make sure that the straps connected to the attachment points are adjusted to provide sufficient room.

  The changing backpack measures at 11.8 x 5.5 x 17.71 inches. The changing mat measures at 25.59 x 13.78 inches. The product weights 2.95 lbs in total.
